Extensively trained, caring Lifeline personal response associates are available when you need help – no matter what time of day or night – and they answer the call within an average of 22 seconds. They will contact a friend, neighbor or family member, or emergency services, depending on your situation, and will then make sure someone has come to assist you. Lifeline response associates receive ongoing coaching and training to ensure you receive the highest quality service.
