We work to create solutions so seniors can live independently with grace and dignity in the place they call home.
Philips Lifeline developed the first personal medical alert system in 1974, and we have been evolving the technology ever since. Our commitment to innovation has led to today’s light, comfortable, waterproof help buttons, quick system setup, and our AutoAlert automatic fall detection with 95 percent reliability.
Recent advances include medical alert systems with GPS-based technology that helps our Call Center locate you, as well as the ability to connect to Lifeline from anywhere on the AT&T network and at millions of Wi-Fi® hotspots.
The latest solution from Philips Lifeline, CareSage pairs our medical alert system with a wealth of aging and health data to improve patient care, giving healthcare professionals insights so they can intervene before problems occur.
