With the new CarePoint Go program, you can ensure that residents are able to call for help whenever they venture outside of your community – anywhere in the continental U.S.1

CarePoint Go Help Button

The CarePoint Go program uses mobile devices designed to offer your residents help, day or night. The system includes GPS locating technology, fall-detection capabilities2 and two-way communication combined in a light, comfortable, easy-to-wear pendant.

With the CarePoint Go program, a select number of mobile pendants are purchased and maintained in an inventory in your community. When a resident seeks to travel outside of the community walls, they are able to “check out” a mobile pendant to take with them. Should an adverse event occur while they are out, the resident will be connected to either a designated on-site staff member or our 24/7 emergency response center, depending on your service agreement.3

Two-way voice communication

The CarePoint Go mobile pendant allows your resident to speak directly with a designated responder, who will provide them with fast, easy access to help.

GPS locating technology

If responders can’t find your resident, they can’t help them. CarePoint Go mobile pendants use GPS to help determine a resident’s location in an emergency, indoors or out, and send your chosen responders to their location.

Fall-detection technology

CarePoint Go mobile pendants have automatic fall detection. If a fall is detected2, the mobile pendant will place a help call to the designated responder, even if the resident can’t push the button.

Water Resistant

CarePoint Go mobile pendants work in the shower where falls are most common.4

Rechargeable battery

A complete charge will take approximately two to three hours and the pendant's battery can last up to five days on a single charge.

Airplane mode

The CarePoint Go mobile pendant can be set to airplane mode when traveling on a flight.

  1. Determine the number of CarePoint Go mobile pendants you would like for your community, then contact your Account Manager to order your CarePoint Go kit.
  2. Train your staff on the CarePoint Go program check-out/check-in process.
  3. When a resident chooses to leave the community walls, a trained staff member checks out a mobile pendant for them, using our simple Assist on Site software.
  4. If a resident needs help, the mobile pendant has two-way voice communication and GPS technology to help determine where they are in an emergency and send a responder to their location.
  5. Upon the resident’s return to the community, the staff member will check-in the mobile pendant and the pendant is now ready for use by the next resident.
