2. Build and connect your care circle
Once you subscribe to the Philips Lifeline service, you can then download the Philips Cares app. The most important feature of Philips Cares is the care circle – a network created by inviting the family and friends who actively participate in your loved one's care. The care circle can share notes and communicate about care needs – all within the same digital space.
3. Personalize Care
Every Philips Lifeline service includes a personalized care plan. Depending on the situation, seniors can specify the type of help they will receive – from either a family member, a neighbor, or emergency services.
When using Philips Cares, people in the care circle can update availability to respond to calls for help – so that, in an emergency, our Trained Care Specialists know which member of the care circle to contact first.
4. Access our always-on support
When help is needed, it's important to have assistance as quickly as possible. That's why every one of our solutions offers direct access to our Response Center, where Trained Care Specialists are available at the press of a button – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Philips Cares will relay the information from the interaction to the care circle – so they know when help was requested, and the type of help received.
