“Without service, Mom would’ve laid on the floor for at least two hours”

Mom fell in her dining room on hardwood floors. She was unable to get herself up and she was in great deal of pain. Immediately she was contacted by your service. She was able to request that you call her son who lives next door. He was unable to get her up. He decided he needed to call an ambulance but one had arrived. Without service, Mom would’ve laid on the floor for at least two hours as we were not due until about noon. I am sure that she could’ve gone into shock or perhaps heart failure due to the pain. She is recovering from a badly bruised and sprained knee. Lifeline was a blessing.
